Anders Lidström is a Professor and the
Head of the Department of Political Science at Umeå University in Sweden. His
research focus is on urban, local and regional politics and government,
particularly in a comparative perspective. He is the convenor for the European Consortium
on Political Research standing group on local government and politics. Recent
publications include several articles on citizenship in city-regions and the
co-authored, The Oxford Handbook of Local and Regional Democracy in Europe.
Zhilin Liu is an Associate Professor
in the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University, China.
Her research interests include urban planning and governance, affordable
housing policy, and sustainable urbanization.
John
Lombard is an Associate Professor and Chair in the
Department of Public Administration at Old Dominion University. His research is
focused on corporate relocation, economic development policy and incentives,
homeowner associations and policy, GIS and spatial analyses.
