Welcome New Editorial Board Members: Steve Martin, Steve McGovern, Scott Minkoff

Steve Martin is a Professor of Public Policy and Management at Cardiff University and Director of the Public Policy Institute for Wales. His research is focused on public service improvement, local governance, evaluation and evidence-based policy. He has published widely in leading journals including Public Administration, Regional Studies, and Public Management Review.



Steve McGovern is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Haverford College. He is the author or co-author of two books and many journal articles on city politics, urban development, and grassroots politics. Much of his research explores the relationship between ideas, ideology, and political culture and urban power relations, as well as the dynamic between societal change and political change in American cities.


Scott L. Minkoff is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Barnard College in New York City. His current work focuses on local goods provision and its impact on the social and political development of neighborhoods. His research frequently involves the use of spatial statistics, geographic information systems, and network analysis.
